Homemade Egg Noodle Recipe
A simple 4 ingredient recipe for delicious egg noodles. Perfect for soups, stroganoff and other pasta dishes.

- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c milk
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Whisk together with a fork.
Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the eggs. Mix the eggs into the flour.
Add the milk and knead the dough for 5 minutes until rough and slightly sticky. Add additional flour if the dough is too sticky.
Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
On a well floured surface, roll the dough out to between 1/4 and 1/8" thick.
Cut into 1/2" wide strips, then into 4" lengths and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
These noodles need to be rolled thinly as they do bulk up quite a bit during cooking.
For easy meal prep, these noodles can be frozen to be used later.
