Add corn, milk, sugar, pepper, and green chilies (if using) to the slow cooker.
Top with cubed cream cheese and butter slices.
Heat on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours. Stir well and enjoy!
Notes
*A 32 oz bag of frozen corn can be substituted, add at 30 minutes to the total cook time.**Fresh seeded and diced jalapeños can be used in place of canned. Use 2-4 peppers depending on your heat preference.
