Sourdough Breadcrumbs
A great way to use up old bread for delicious recipes later.

Preheat oven to 300℉
Cube or tear old bread into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bread cubes are crispy throughout.
Allow the bread cubes to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Once cooled, process bread cubes in the food processor or blender, pulsing until you reach the desired consistency.
Pour breadcrumbs into an airtight jar and use within 1-2 months.
